2025 Collaboration Cohort and Application

Structure

  • CFF will choose 10-12 organizations to participate in a six month program, facilitated by Leadership Tulsa. The program will provide the time, space, and resources needed to develop and launch innovative initiatives.
  • Participants will receive a $20,000 participation stipend at the end of the cohort
  • Training sessions will include organizational skill-building in the areas of storytelling, coalition building, creative problem-solving, and project management
  • Sessions will be held once a month for six months. The first session (orientation) will be full-day and the following five sessions will be 1-2 hours. The program will run March through August 2025
  • Collaboration and having an eye towards impact will be embedded throughout all the sessions
  • Groundwork will be laid to propel organizations to secure additional funding streams post program participation

Criteria:

  • The organization must work in the areas of education, criminal justice reform or economic mobility in the Tulsa community
  • The organization must be in operation for at least two years
  • The organization must have a willingness to collaborate with others in their sector and cross-sector
  • The organization must commit to attending all collaboration sessions, held each month between March-August 2025. The organization must send 1-2 people iN positions of authority (Executive Director, Program Director, etc)
  • The organization must have a new and innovative idea for addressing some of Tulsa’s most complex issues.
